Cerasis launched the all-new Cerasis Rater 2.0, which features the administrative portal as an add-on to the shipper side view.
The administrative portal allows for our freight specialists and freight management customer service reps to more easily access necessary documents and handle customer routing. This launch was aimed to increase both customer service and operational efficiency, laying the groundwork for robust freight analysis and reporting.
Cerasis made another strategic key hire by bringing on Don Holt, a contract Rater developer and website designer. He is working with Robert Johnson to add more resources to the dedicated technology team and will continue to improve the experience of the Cerasis Rater for both customers and the Cerasis freight management services team.
Cerasis made this key hire to ensure a long-term dedicated technology team. Our dedicated technology team, continually develops the Rater and is always looking to improve the freight logistics processes as well as to meet the needs of our customer base. Not at the mercy of an outsourced TMS software provider, Cerasis never passes on the costs of any change to the Cerasis Rater to our customers nor do our customers have to wait months or even years for continued logistics process improvements or needs.
