How to Scale & Leverage Freight Resources

In this episode Chris and Cerasis’ Marketing Manager & “The Freight Project Podcast” host, Adam Robinson, will go through a set of questions on how shippers can mirror what Chris did to leverage freight resources, namely people, more effectively to reduce costs and stabilize freight operations.

  • As Freight Desk Manager, can you describe in total what your department does for our customers?
  • Can you describe the environment of the freight desk when you came in and then what vision or strategy you employed?
