What You Would Be Doing:

  • Review invoice changes and have proactive discussions to ensure the customer understands why the situation occurred and what can be done to prevent future changes
  • Resolve billing disputes and short payments with our customers
  • Educate our customers on the use of our tools and services
  • Ensure that our customer is billed according to customer-specific business rules
  • Become familiar with the shipping trends and patterns of the customers assigned to their team
  • Set up new customers in the Cerasis systems​

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Empathy to customers and their needs
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and facilitate process improvement for customers
  • Strong analysis abilities
  • Research and problem solving
  • Invoicing and billing experience is preferred, but not required
