Cerasis made its next key hire to boost freight logistics services by announcing Ginny Devlaminck as the Freight Desk Manager. Devlaminck’s hire was an investment in improving our services for our customers shipping LTL, TL, and small package freight.
Cerasis launched the all-new Cerasis Rater 2.0, which features the administrative portal as an add-on to the shipper side view.
The administrative portal allows for our freight specialists and freight management customer service reps to more easily access necessary documents and handle customer routing.
Cerasis made another strategic key hire by bringing on Don Holt, a contract Rater developer and website designer. He is working with Robert Johnson to add more resources to the dedicated technology team and will continue to improve the experience of the Cerasis Rater for both customers and the Cerasis freight management services team.
