For the Supply Chain, technology & operations posts were the most popular as well as a focus on collaboration with suppliers and a focus on customer service. This all makes sense given the rapid change in consumer power in the economy as well as the task by Supply Chain Directors to remain efficient, meet customer demand, all while driving value up and costs down.
