Jennifer Jacobson, Finance & Human Resource Manager


Jennifer Jacobson oversees and manages the Finance and Human Resource Departments for Cerasis. Jennifer & her team are responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash application, customer credit & collections, invoice adjustments, payroll, financial statement preparation & review, as well as recruiting talent, managing employee benefits, employee relations & employee development.

Before coming to Cerasis in 2008, Jennifer worked in variety of industries, including manufacturing, food service, & retail.  Most of her work experience has been in Accounting, being employed as a Plant Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, or Payroll Manager.  In these positions, she didn't have much direct contact with the customers, however Jennifer was able to see things on a financial level, for example how the customer's business strategy has an effect on their ability to pay and cash flow, which in turn has an effect on their financial position. Additionally, perfectly aligning with the Cerasis Core Philosophies, she understands that each customer deserves fair treatment and respect in order to continue a profitable business relationship.

Jennifer attended the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis, gaining her degree in International Business Management & Foreign Languages.

Jennifer lives near Lake Elmo, MN, with her husband, Steve, and their Golden Retriever named Bailey.  Mrs. Jacobson is an avid reader and enjoys traveling and spending her free time at their cabin, playing golf, boating, and fishing.

Adam Robinson
Adam Robinson oversees the overall marketing strategy for Cerasis including website development, social media and content marketing, trade show marketing, email campaigns, and webinar marketing. Mr. Robinson works with the business development department to create messaging that attracts the right decision makers, gaining inbound leads and increasing brand awareness all while shortening sales cycles, the time it takes to gain sales appointments and set proper sales and execution expectations.
