Steve Norall, Vice President of Business Development and Co-Founder

Steve Norall, as Vice President of Business Development and one of our co-founders, oversees all aspects of driving new business into the Cerasis brand through vertical sales channels and vendor agreements. Additionally, Steve looks to scale business development by reaching out to potential new sales force hires, strategic partnerships, and ongoing vendor relationships. Not afraid to push the envelope and shake the status quo, Mr. Norall is tenacious when it comes to listening to our current customer base and employees, developing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement of Cerasis processes and people.

Having worked at Pitney Bowes/Transcape  for twelve years as either a carrier management specialist or logistics management specialist, Mr. Norall is well-versed in the evolution of the manufacturing, distribution, and logistics industries over the last twenty years. Steve’s experience in selling and managing sales forces and selling medium to high end transportation management systems truly allows him to holistically understand our customers’ needs and processes. This intimate knowledge into freight management and customer service gives Mr. Norall the confidence it takes to provide freight management software and integrated freight management services, which truly decrease time in processing and increase hard and soft costs savings for Cerasis customers.

Mr. Norall attended both Fort Hayes State University and Kansas State University, where he played collegiate golf.

Steve currently resides in Southlake, Texas, with his wife of twenty-five years, Darlene, and son who is seventeen. The Noralls love the outdoors and use their RV/mobile home to travel to different and interesting part s of the country. Both Steve and his son like playing golf in their spare time.

Adam Robinson

Adam Robinson oversees the overall marketing strategy for Cerasis including website development, social media and content marketing, trade show marketing, email campaigns, and webinar marketing. Mr. Robinson works with the business development department to create messaging that attracts the right decision makers, gaining inbound leads and increasing brand awareness all while shortening sales cycles, the time it takes to gain sales appointments and set proper sales and execution expectations.
